Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cups plain to yogurt
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 nos large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp powder sugar for dusting

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush butter on cake pan.
  • In a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well. In another bowl add egg,vanilla extract,orange juice, oil, yogurt and whisk together. Shift dry ingredients on it. Mix well for 5 minutes do not over mix and pour into cake pan.
  • Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until the cake tester came our clean. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar and orange zest.
